Top 10 Cards from OP-17 Carrying on His Will

Shanks rounds out the top ten with a premium version of OP13-028. The ornate treatment and strong character demand help it rise above the remaining SP cards, while also giving Shanks a second appearance alongside his higher-ranked manga rare.

Roronoa Zoro earns ninth place with a manga-inspired red-and-black special rare. Zoro is consistently one of the most collected Straw Hats, and the bold treatment gives this version of EB04-007 a clear identity within the large OP-17 SP selection.

Luffy's Gear Five special rare is the highest-ranked SP in OP-17. The colourful premium treatment, Gear Five form and main-character popularity give it an advantage over the other special rares, even in a set with an unusually deep chase-card lineup.

Charlotte Linlin completes the set's manga rare lineup. Big Mom is a former Rocks Pirate and one of the defining Emperors of the modern era, so her inclusion fits OP-17's theme perfectly. She ranks seventh only because the cards above her face especially strong competition.

Kaido's manga rare is another major OP-17 pull. As one of the Four Emperors and the central antagonist of Wano, he has both character recognition and imposing artwork on his side. He sits just below Whitebeard in this collector-focused ordering.

Edward.Newgate takes fifth place and ranks above Kaido among the remaining manga cards. Whitebeard's legacy, his role at Marineford and his connection to the old generation give the card exceptional story weight, backed by a long-established collector following.

Shanks leads OP-17's four manga rares. His limited appearances have only increased his importance and popularity, while his status as an Emperor gives this card broad appeal among collectors. The manga treatment makes it one of the most exciting traditional chase cards in the set.

Luffy's super alternate leader is the third major chase card in OP-17. It combines a scarce leader treatment with manga-panel styling and the main character of the series, making it one of the strongest single-character pulls even after the two Crew cards take the top positions.

Rocks.D.Xebec follows at number two with a Crew card featuring the legendary Rocks Pirates. Bringing so many historically important characters into one premium design gives the card enormous story appeal, and Xebec remains one of the most mysterious and significant figures connected to the set.

Monkey.D.Luffy takes the number-one spot with the Straw Hat Crew card. The design brings Luffy together with the crew members who have travelled alongside him, while the premium Crew treatment gives OP-17 a chase card centred on the most recognisable group in One Piece. Luffy's collector appeal makes it the natural headline card for this ranking.
