The first card on this list is not the most glamorous, but the Kuma secret rare was one of the best cards we had seen in the TCG upon its release, as it was so powerful in yellow decks. This made the card very expensive compared with other secret rares we had seen in the past, earning it a place on this list even at the number 10 spot.

The Zoro alternate art leader stands head and shoulders above the other cards of the same rarity in this set. Zoro is heavily featured in OP-12, and the inclusion of Mihawk on this card is a great homage to the manga and anime, where Zoro trained under Mihawk during the time skip. This alternate art leader is also one of the best from the set in terms of playability, although it has been power crept a little since other sets have released.

OP-12 has two manga events, and they are some of the best we have seen so far in the TCG. This manga event based on Sanji is very striking, and the blue highlights make the card stand out a great deal. Manga events are not easy to pull at roughly 1 in 6 boxes, but any collector would be happy to find this in one of their packs.

The first SP on this list is Kuzan. The SPs in OP-12 use a unique style that we had not seen before, with a black background and neon-like outlines for the characters. The characters chosen for the SPs in this set were a little mixed in terms of popularity, but Kuzan is definitely in the top half, especially with this stunning special rare card.

This Ace SP sits at number 6 for similar reasons to our number 7 entry. This Ace is even more striking than Kuzan, and the use of orange, which looks like flame, is really on-theme for the character. Ace is also a very popular character among the community, which helps this card's popularity even further.

This manga event has one of the longest names in the One Piece TCG. Primarily featuring Zoro, this card shows the moment in One Piece where he famously cut Kaido. The scene is shown excellently using the classic white manga event styling, but this time with Zoro's signature green as the highlight. Kaido in the background, combined with the on-theme green shading for Zoro, means this is one of the best manga events we have seen so far.

For his third and final entry on this list, we have the Zoro SP. This is commonly thought of as the best SP in OP-12, primarily because of the character's popularity. However, the purple highlights are also visually stunning, and this SP will be many collectors' chase card from the set. The only question is whether Bandai missed a trick by not using Zoro's iconic green.

A top 10 list would not be complete without a manga rare. OP-12 is centred around Bonney and Kuma, as it released around the time their backstories were being aired in the anime. This Bonney manga is not the best manga rare we have ever seen, but it is certainly not the worst either. While Bonney is not the most popular character, she still has enough fans to help increase the popularity of this card.

The anniversary cards were a fantastic addition to the TCG, especially with them being themed around the Four Emperors of the Sea. Blackbeard takes the anniversary card slot for OP-12, and it is definitely a toss-up between the silver and gold versions as to which looks better. The reason the silver version finds itself at number 2 is purely because the market value of the gold version is currently higher, although I am sure most collectors would be happy to pull either version from a pack.

Taking the number 1 spot, we have the Gold Anniversary Blackbeard. This card will be many collectors' chase card, and for good reason. These anniversary cards are considered to be equal to, or even rarer than, a manga rare, which is generally estimated to be around 1 in 1,500 packs. As you can imagine, this Teach card is extremely difficult to pull. The design is also very impressive, and the gold and black colour scheme works really well.
